I and my husband were planning to stay at Ritz Carlton Pune since longtime and ultimately we made it .Hotel Rooms,Amenities,Decor,food everything was excellent,Each & every Staff was Welcoming,SmilingCourteous, Polite & always ready to help.Service was cut above the rest. They had done lot of personalisation for our Anniverssary & had left no stone unturnedto make our stay comfortable & memorable. We recently stayed at the RC in Pune and had an excellent experience. The staff throughout the hotel is very friendly and attentive. A special mention to our waiter Sahil who arranged a bunch of roses and an amazing chocolate mousse on our first evening and looked after us throughout our stay.The bar on the top floor as well as the pool bar had a great atmosphere in the evenings and the food was amazing.The Executive lounge was a great place to relax and have afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks and snacks. Again the staff was very attentive.Not to forget the extensive breakfast options. Try the best french toast with apple and cinnamon here.

The Ritz Carlton Pune is exceptional in every respect.From the moment you walk in, the lobby and chandeliers set the tone. It is a true arrival experience. That sense of elegance and precision carries throughout the property.The staff are on another level. Attentive without being intrusive. Detail oriented. Proactive. At times it genuinely felt like they were more invested in my comfort and happiness than I was. That is rare.The room finish is flawless. Every material, every fixture, every design choice feels intentional. I would love to know who designed the interiors because I would hire them for my own home without hesitation.We dined at the main restaurant multiple times. The breakfast buffet is among the best I have experienced anywhere. Not just expansive in variety, but exceptional in quality. Ingredients are clearly high grade. Much is made in house. The attention to detail shows.We also hosted a family event for about 20 people. The team arranged a beautiful semi private setting and handled everything seamlessly. From my three year old niece to my seventy year old uncle, every guest was looked after thoughtfully. They even surprised one of the children with a personalized birthday cake.The Ritz brand is known for service. This property stands at the very top even within that standard. I would return without hesitation and genuinely look forward to doing so. It is the kind of place you could imagine living in part of the year.An outstanding experience from start to finish.

*) If there was ever a proper 5 Star hotel, this would be one. It's so good that it is difficult to find faults with this place, even if you wanted to.*) Everything is great about the place from the lobby, room, staff, restaurant absolutely everything is way above standards.*) The lobby is very royal, very spacious with huge chandeliers, huge waiting areas and impeccable decor. Every nook and corner looks carefully thought out.*) Checkin checkout was very prompt. On my first trip, they were even kind enough to give me an early checkin, as my flight landed early in the morning.*) I was in GolfCourse View Room. On both the occasions, room and bathrooms were very very spacious and tastefully decorated. Along with a bed, there is sofa and chair in the room as well. The bathroom has separate bath tub area as well as Shower Area.*) Multiple towels of multiple sizes in the bathroom were provided and all were very fluffy. Toiletries are of excellent quality and are of Forest Essential brand.*) Room Service was also very prompt, I asked for an iron and was promptly provided.*) For some reason, the bed was too high and kind of felt very small in height and this is coming for a 5.2 ft person.*) Buffet breakfast, served at Three Kitchens Restaurant and Bar was the highlight of my stay, amazing wide variety of food spreading across 5 section (Indian, Western, Asian, Cold cut and Bread section) and everything was very tasty. The variety that they prepare is so huge everyday that they repeat most of the breakfast items everyday with slight variations. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM.

Had a wonderful dining experience at The Ritz-Carlton. The menu is incredibly vast with an excellent variety of dishes, catering to different tastes, and everything we tried was delicious. The quality of food and presentation truly reflects the brand’s standards.The service was exceptional’attentive, warm, and seamless throughout our visit. A special mention to Mr. Chetan, the restaurant manager, who ensured we had the best experience and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of.Overall, a delightful experience with great food, variety, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!
