The Ritz-Carlton, Pune

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an exceptionally luxurious and unforgettable experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly with refreshing welcome drinks, which immediately made us feel appreciated. The check-in was smooth and quick, thanks to Aditya at the front desk, who was very polite, helped us throughout, and personally showed us to our room, making us feel comfortable. On our first night, we stayed in a Club Room on the 17th floor because the hotel was fully booked, but the next morning we were upgraded to the Premium Room as promised, which was stunning. We really valued the hotel keeping their word without us needing to ask. The best part of our stay was seeing how much our daughter enjoyed herself. Even though she is very young, she had a great time jumping on the bed, playing in the room, collecting balloons from the lovely staff in the lobby, and especially taking part in the pizza-making activity, which she loved! The chef who led the activity was very kind, patient, and friendly, making it even more fun for the kids. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They showed our daughter a lot of affection during breakfast, snacks, and dinner. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel like valued guests, not just visitors. Even at check-out, when we wanted to feed our daughter before leaving, the team went the extra mile. Special thanks to Chetan from Three Kitchen, who kindly prepared dal khichdi with mashed potatoes for her and surprised us with a delicious pastry. These thoughtful acts show the exceptional care and hospitality the team offers. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable, memorable, and special. Your excellent hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made this an experience we will always remember. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay with outstanding service.

The entrance lobby looked regal with its elegant chandeliers. The staff were polite, attentive, and well-coordinated, making sure our group was comfortable throughout the event. The dinner service was especially noteworthy—efficient and professional, with the team always present but not intrusive. The food was excellent overall, with the desserts standing out as a delightful conclusion to the meal. The property's atmosphere is exceptional. The interiors are elegant yet inviting, offering a relaxed but upscale environment ideal for business or social events. Every detail, from the smooth seating arrangements to the immaculate cleanliness and meticulous attention, reflected the luxury standards expected from the brand.
