Insects in AC, major service issues and poor restaurant food

There was insect in AC vent it was making creeking noise the entire night.After calling room services 3 times the guy came by 3:30am still he couldn’t remove insect.Hence we had a sleepless night.Also major service issues

Food option at the restaurant 'The Patio' needs improvement. This was addressed through outside food allowed at the residences. Staff is ok, but needs more training to manage guests during breakfast hours.

First things first:We did not stay here(now we don't want to stay here at all)1. We went here for a Wedding enquiry on a high reference2. The first words spoken by one of the Banquets gentleman (perfect gentleman) was, "We don't serve lunch or any food at all for walk-in guests"3. Even after we calmed him down, he repeated that sentence at least thrice.4. Now comes the venue policies: Four adults cannot sleep in one room even if they are family5. All venues demand a royalty of an X-amount if money(even though the venue doesn't have their own vendors)6. Then another gentleman (very proficient in his English skills), clearly tells us that they are doing us a favor by giving us the venue and that there will be no negotiation either in policies or their rules7. He didn't even ask our requirements, he straight started giving us policies as though he didn't want us to stay in his premises8. When we got up to leave, they simply got up and showed us the doorOur surprise turned into a rude shock because we liked the venue so much, but I felt the people who are running it are utterly untrained, unprofessional, highly rude behavior, no sense of emotion at allWhat else could I say?Adios "Oxford Golf Resort", God bless your promoters.
