Palette - Sunny's World

One of the best food experiences I’ve had at a property. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly served. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. So much to do in one place’adventure activities, spa, open spaces, city views, and calm spots to relax. Never felt bored even for a moment.’

We had an amazing experience at Sunny World during our team-building activities. The entire session was extremely fun, engaging, and well-organized. The activities really helped us bond as a team, improve coordination, and create many memorable moments together. The atmosphere was positive, energetic, and motivating. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate the effort put into making it so enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommended for team outings!

Sunny’s World is a lovely getaway spot where you don’t have to travel far from Pune to enjoy a relaxed and chill staycation. The ambiance is refreshing and the property is quite spacious. They have a lot of adventure activities, but unfortunately most of them were closed during our visit, so we couldn’t try them out.The rooms are decent but could use some improvement, especially the outdoor seating area which has great potential but needs a bit of work.Overall, it’s a great place for office parties, weddings, and group events. With a few upgrades, it can be an even better experience!

We stayed here recently and were quite disappointed with the overall experience , especially considering the price point and the reputation of the property.Property & Facilities:While the property itself is large and scenic, the buggy service is terribly managed. With just one or two operational buggies, every pickup takes 15’20 minutes and requires multiple follow-ups.Restaurant & Service:The restaurant staff, particularly at Ruby Restaurant (where breakfast is served), were extremely discourteous. We reached at 10:20 AM, and despite breakfast timings being until 10:30 AM, the staff outright refused to serve us. Even if we were slightly late, no good resort handles guests this way.Later in the afternoon, we went to Shivalinga Restaurant around 3 PM for lunch after confirming with the main reception that we could be served. Yet again, the restaurant staff refused, and it was only after multiple calls to the reception that they agreed to serve us. This kind of lack of coordination and hospitality is simply not acceptable.Staff & Hospitality:Except for the BBQ Restaurant staff who were genuinely courteous, welcoming, and served great food the rest of the team lacked basic hospitality training.On a positive note, the kids’ activities are well-planned and enjoyable, which is perhaps the only saving grace.Overall Verdict:A big property with potential but poor on hospitality and management. Not worth staying overnight, better to visit just for the activities and leave

Sunny’s World was the perfect venue for our team outing. The hospitality was excellent, the location was beautiful, and the fun activities made the day truly memorable. A special mention to Ruby Restaurant inside the property ’ the food was delicious, the service was prompt, and our entire team thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Highly recommended for corporate events and team gatherings.
