Great experienceGreat staff and service special mention fahad from ruby’s restaurant.All the restaurants are great but rubys just topsAlso the resort has lots of activities but need to seriously maintain and update kids play area.Room staff 3 women absolutely pathetic service.Overall a good place to visit with family and friends

One word for Sunny's World is WOW.Nice location and mind blowing ambience. Smooth Check IN and Check out process Adventures activities were thrillingThe food was delicious with good variety and taste. We really enjoyed the adventure activities ’ sky cycling, rock climbing, railing, and the high rope course ’ all were well-organized and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. It’s a perfect place for a fun-filled family getaway.Appreciate Raj from Shivlingam Restaurant and Yaseen from The Ruby restaurant to provide top notch services and were on toes to deliver quick response. Sudhir reception staff was also very alert to see which customers are dissatisfied and provide them the best services which customers deserve. Radha from house keeping was very helpful to provide quick service.Can't close this feedback without discussing Tasbir the amazing magicianThe highlight of our trip was Tasvir Magician. His performance was fascinating and interactive. The magic tricks were amazing and overall all of us loved the experience. I would highly recommend everyone visiting Pune to come here. Performance by Tasbir.Don't forget to miss the great Tasbir Magic show.Deducted one star for Electric buggy services.As rooms and all the areas like Restaurant, adventures activities are very far and we need buggies to reach. There were only 2 buggies which were not working properly and we have to wait for 10 to 15.mins for buggy.Sunny's World is a MUST visit destination in Pune.Thanks you for such a wonderful memories Sunny's World and team.

One of the best food experiences I’ve had at a property. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly served. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. So much to do in one place’adventure activities, spa, open spaces, city views, and calm spots to relax. Never felt bored even for a moment.’
