Ok .. So I walked in to find two boys sitting playing on their phones .. when u arrived no one bothered to let me know what was going on .. Then someone came walking down .. gave me a room key and water bottle and said third floor . Customer service - 1/5 Then I went into smelly room to find there was no power . I went down to ask when the power would return - they snickered and said around 4 pm (2.5 hours from then).I was able to see dead cockroaches there .. as I sitting in the room with no power , it was saddening that this was the room that was advertised .. Then I went down to ask if there is any generator that he can turn on .. he said it’s not working .. then when I said I will have to change the room .. suddenly the generator started to work .. 15 min it stopped .. had to say again
