The caretaker asked for my phone-he said he will give review in Agoda from my phone- imagine!! And he said this when I said that the bathroom was not cleaned- potty was there is comot when we entered. He said I should have called him at that time itself, but we were tired after the long drive from Bangalore that we cleaned it our self. This is not acceptable, but the reception guy spoke politely.
While Booking we were told to provide the amenities like Mini Fridge, Water Heating Ketley etc, However to my surprise there was nothing expect the room. No facilities, no amenities, no Service. Only one person managing everything. Room was not properly cleaned, Bedsheets and Blankets were like used before and not cleaned one. Everything was at Just not managed. We were forced to Pay the full amount before we even check in to the Room, so that We can't change our plan. On the day of Check out, the Service person is coming and saying us to vacate the Room by 11 AM, otherwise there will be extra charges.Over all pathetic experience, will not stay again in future even if it's free of cost.
It's a good stay for family..staff is helpful.. facilities and cleanliness is good.. everything worth the price..
