The room size was comfortable and the breakfast offered a decent start to the day, complemented by reliable Wi-Fi and useful amenities. The location was convenient for walking around, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and facilities met expectations, providing good value overall despite minor areas that could be improved.

Terrible ExperienceRating: 1/5 ’Our family stayed at Hotel Kohinoor Executive for a 3-night, 4-day trip, and it was a complete nightmare.Food Poisoning: On our very first night, we ordered a sandwich. It gave my entire family severe food poisoning. When we informed the hotel, the staff took it incredibly lightly and showed zero accountability.Poor Food Quality: The breakfast options were highly limited, and the overall quality of the food was subpar throughout our stay.Safety & Environment Issues: A group of men in the room next to us was drinking heavily, making non-stop noise, and keeping their door wide open. The entire floor choked with a heavy, unbearable smell of cigarette smoke. As a family, we felt completely unsafe. Despite our complaints, management took no strict action.Room Comfort & Space: 2/5 ’The room itself was just okayish, and the basic environment inside was fine, but it is definitely not big enough or comfortable for a family of three people. It felt cramped and lacked the space needed for three adults to stay comfortably.This hotel fails miserably in both hospitality and basic hygiene. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise families to avoid this place entirely.

Our family spent 3 nights and 4 days at Hotel Kohinoor Executive, and it was a dreadful experience. On the first night, we ordered a sandwich that caused severe food poisoning for all of us. When we reported it, the staff did not take it seriously and showed no responsibility. The breakfast choices were very limited, and the food quality was poor throughout our stay. Next door, a group of men were drinking heavily, making constant noise, and left their door wide open, filling the floor with a strong cigarette smoke smell. We felt very unsafe as a family, and despite our complaints, management did nothing about it. The room was just average and not spacious or comfortable enough for three adults, feeling cramped. Overall, the hotel failed badly in hospitality and hygiene. I will never return and strongly recommend families to stay away from this hotel.
