I Booked the hotel Trusting IXIGO. But I was highly disappointed when i reached the Hotel. 1. As soon as i reached the reception for Check inn, I was asked to Produce my Marriage Certificate as surname on my wife's ID card was different then on my id card. The receptionist very rudely denied me check Inn. Late I got a different identity card sent from my Home having same Surname. The contention on the receptionist was that we weren't a married couple which shouldn't have actually bothered him. 2. The Staff at the reception was fighting using abusive language with another Staff. 3. Later I was denied any food from the Kitchen. 4. The Moment I entered the Room, it was filthy dirty and full of cockroaches. 6. There was Dust everywhere and cobwebs at corners. 7. Ac not serviced for ages. Water dripping from the Air conditioning. Not cooling at all. 8. Bedsheets Dirty and Unclean. Sofa and chairs filthy and dirty. 9. Staff unmanned who enters the room without permission by pushing the door open. 10. I had a very toxic, painful and disgusting experience at this Hotel.

I booked this hotel on August 13 for a stay on August 22. I arrived at 1:30 pm and spent the first 45 minutes dealing with parking inside and then going to the other side of the hotel. Then they said they had no booking under my name, so I showed them the WhatsApp message, but they said that was not their number. I called that number, and unknowingly the bell rang on the same mobile. Then he started asking about the price and who gave it to me. I said 2500 plus tax and the name Guru. They told me to have lunch at the hotel as it closes at 2:30. Finally, I got the room at 4:10 pm. The next morning, we had to attend a wedding and woke up at 6 am, but there was no hot water. The person said the motor was out of order. I went downstairs and was told hot water would be available when the kitchen opened at 7 am. I went into the kitchen where two people were present, but no one was willing to carry the bucket of water because the boy had not come yet, as the receptionist told me. I carried the hot water to the room on the second floor myself. After bathing, we checked out angrily. He gave me a bill of 40/- for tea at 3:20 pm. I called the waiter and asked when I had lunch; he said 2:30 pm and that I was in the restaurant until 3:40 pm. I asked about the tea I drank and why it was added to the bill; he said it was complimentary. The sofa cover in the room was terrible, the bed cover was horrible, and the old AC was set to minimum, so we had to get up to make it faster while sleeping. I really feel the owner does not have time to check the room status, maybe because he is busy with many things. Neeta Aruni
