Hotel Hill View is a great place to stay. It is peaceful, quiet, clean, and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service is also good. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay and were happy with our experience.

My overall experience at hill view ex Pune was extremely disappointing.Please do not visit this hotel if you have a family and especially in monsoons and winters because they do not provide hot water then tired day . We had to cancel our plans because of their time limit of providing hot water also the cattle electric kettle that they provide it is extremely filthy and not appropriate for use .The kitchen facilities are not available at the hotel and if you have a family and kids this not suitable to visit that hotel and another thing it is difficult for the ola and uber drivers to locate the hotel as it is not easily accessible on the map so if you have luggage its an issue.They provide tea once a day and the kettle is in horrible condition.

Stayed in the room 105 for one night with my wife n 4 year old son for around 2.5k incl. taxes.easier to locate using Google maps / rapido / ola app rather than expalining the location to local autos/ cabs.Landmark is the lane opp Roopali restaurant / wadeshwar hotel.location is certainly excellent with good connectivity and availability of variety of cuisines (roadside snacks to lavish delicacies)have to mention that the decor has become old so do not go by what you see in the pics but the attentive n cooperative nature of the staff plus the complimentary breakfast provided in generous quantity cover up for few negative points.non functional electric kettle was replaced within a minute by the room service.size of the bed was huge so that we 3 could sleep comfortably.All the rooms have ac (had to switch off in the night, even in the summers) ..tata sky had enough channels to keep u entertained..the biggest turn off was tiny cockroaches spotted on the floor n in the washroom. hope the management will address the issue immediatelyalso, as the sun sets in, youngsters from nearby colleges are seen hanging out on parked bikes smoking n even romancing which is a Lil disturbing especially when you are with family.check out is at 11 am and the management kindly allowed to leave our luggage for the day and could even access clean washrooms before our cab arrived in the late eve.Certainly, was impressed with the prompt and polite staff.have shared their latest contact number for booking.thanks for a comfortable stay in Pune.

The location of Itsy hotel hill view(Treebo) was very good as we wanted something close to Fergusson College.We had booked five rooms.But the ACs in some rooms did not cool at all. The beds,pillows and sheets were clean.The worst was the condition of the toilet. It was very very filthy..the commode and surrounding areas was extremely dirty.
