The standard rooms are really in bad condition and need refurbishment and pest control. The Deluxe room are much better and really appreciate the staff at the hotel. Very helpful.

I stayed there and it wasn’t worth of money. Rooms had smell of mold and it wasn’t like a hotel room at all. Ground floor rooms had only glass window that has a faulty lock. I don’t have a single good word to say about this hotel. They should spend some money to renovate their rooms also.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.The hotel tried to charge me a high for an accidental stain on a bedsheet, calling it a ’laundry charge.’ When I questioned the amount and asked for the written policy, they were unable to provide it. After arguing their case, the amount suddenly dropped to some lower amount, which only raised more questions about how these charges are decided.What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of transparency and professionalism. I requested the policy by email and was repeatedly told it would be sent, but it never arrived. Instead, we were kept waiting during checkout while staff continued insisting on payment without providing proper documentation.Accidents happen, and hotels deal with stained linens all the time. What matters is how guests are treated. Being pressured to pay an arbitrary amount, receiving inconsistent explanations, and being made to wait unnecessarily is not acceptable customer service.I strongly not recommend you to stay here
