’ Very Disappointing Stay ’ Not RecommendedI had a very unpleasant stay at Bizz Tamanna Hotel, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune. The overall experience was far below expectations for a hotel that claims to serve corporate guests.The internet connection is extremely unreliable, which is a major problem if you are staying for work. I had to completely depend on my personal mobile data during the stay.Another strange and frustrating rule is that visitors are not allowed to meet you inside the hotel. When someone came to see me, the staff insisted that I go outside to meet them. This is something I have never experienced in other professional hotels.The breakfast buffet is very limited and poorly managed. Every day the menu is almost the same, and many items run out quickly. Fruits were rarely available and the juice dispenser was often empty. Even the food taste was not satisfactory.Room service is very slow and inefficient. Simple requests like drinking water took multiple reminders and a very long wait.There was also an issue with overpriced bottled water. The MRP printed on the bottle was ’18, but the staff asked for ’50. When asked at the reception, a different price was mentioned, which clearly shows poor coordination and transparency.What is most disappointing is that the management does not seem concerned about guest complaints or feedback. Considering they handle many corporate bookings, the service quality should be much better.Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you expect professional service and basic hospitality standards.

Worst hotel experience at Bizz Tamanna, Hinjewadi Phase 1.Wi-Fi is extremely poor, impossible to work ’ had to use my own mobile data.Very unfriendly policies ’ even visitors are not allowed inside; you are forced to go outside to meet them. Never experienced this in any reputed hotel.Breakfast buffet is terrible ’ same 3’4 items every day, many times already finished, fruits rarely available, juice dispenser usually empty, and food quality is poor.Room service is extremely slow ’ even for water it took multiple reminders and hours of waiting.Overcharging for water bottles ’ MRP ’18 but staff charged ’50. Reception later said ’40, showing clear inconsistency.The management seems least concerned about guest comfort or complaints. Looks like they only rely on corporate bookings.I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are far better options in Hinjewadi.

The overall experience was an average, rooms are very small and lacking some basic amenities like towel bucket, soap, hand towel.I was told Handtowels are not available.Average Breakfast, this could be improved.Room is very noicy, can't keep the window open, outside noise too much.

Bizz Tamanna was an excellent choice for lunch. The food quality was impressive, and the overall dining experience was very pleasant. The service team was highly professional, attentive, and ensured that all needs were taken care of promptly. I truly appreciate the courteous behavior and well-maintained service standards. Overall, a very positive and satisfying experience
