Beacon NIBM Pune

My stay in this hotel was very wonderful. I got the best service from the hotel I had booked. The hotel rooms are small but they are clean. The atmosphere of the hotel is very beautiful. Humara during the day and Sharad at night took good care of the service of me and my family. Special thanks to both of you.

Whenever i com to pune i stay at the beacon This is one of my fave hotels which i have stayed in , location is close to everything, and its super calm, peaceful & very clean , you will get all bathroom essentials , Netflix ’and very good service, stuffs are really polite & friendly and professional.The food is also very delicious.Thank you the beacon .

I stayed at The Beacon Hotel NIBM for two days and had a very bad experience. After I left for my exhibition, the hotel staff cleaned my room and some of my belongings went missing. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A hotel should be a place where guests feel safe, not worried about their personal items being stolen.I tried to raise the issue, but the attitude and response were not helpful at all. For the price they charge, I expected honesty, responsibility, and proper management. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone until they improve their service and security. Guests deserve better.

I’m the connoisseur of aesthetics and food ’’’??. That’s why I visited this place. The experience was satisfactory .The rooms are quite great ’’??. Clean, luxury with good hygiene but i have faced the problem with ventilation. Once you enter your room, you have breath the same air until you check out ,i mean you cannot open windows because it’s sealed/packed (unopenable).so for me the air quality matters because we have to breathe fresh air. The food was average not so impressive they should work on their food taste. I hope my review will help you to understand customers concerns( if it matters to you).

Beautifully Built & Well-Maintained Property in Kondhwa! ’?I was genuinely surprised to find such a beautiful and well-designed hotel right here in Kondhwa ’ it’s truly a hidden gem! The property is well maintained and offers a pleasant, relaxing vibe throughout.Breakfast:Absolutely delicious and worth looking forward to every morning. The spread includes popular Indian options like Misal Pav, Chole Bhature, along with brown bread, honey, butter, jam, fresh fruits, juice, and a tasty omelette ’ highly recommended! ’?Concerns:Be aware of their early check-in policy ’ I was charged INR 1,000 for checking in at 9:00 AM, which was quite disappointing and unlike any experience I’ve had elsewhere in the world. Definitely something management should review.Housekeeping:This area needs serious improvement. The service felt unprofessional and inconsistent ’1.Towels were only provided upon request, not replaced automatically.2.No bath mat in the bathroom unless specifically asked for.Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential, but I hope management improves the housekeeping standards and reviews the early check-in policy to match the otherwise high quality of the hotel experience.
