We had a wonderful stay here. The customer service was excellent. I accidentally booked a room with twin beds, but when I requested a king bed, the staff went above and beyond to help us and upgraded us to a king bed room at no extra charge.The team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pune.

Absolutely loved my stay at Beacon Hotel Pune ’’?From the moment I entered, everything felt luxurious and welcoming. The rooms were stunning with a complete 5-star experience ’ super comfortable, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The food was absolutely amazing with a huge variety of delicious options that made every meal special ’’’?? The hospitality was beyond impressive; the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout the stay. Beautiful ambience, positive vibes, and such an exciting experience overall! Definitely one of the best stays ever and can’t wait to visit again ’?

Decent Peoperty but very poor service. My friends who had also booked 2 more rooms with me weren't even given key cards to access their rooms. They had to approach the reception everytime they stepped out to open the door with the master key. The rooms dont have any locks inside and anyone with master key can enter your room, which is very unsafe. Please dont book lunch or dinner as the portion sizes are very small. The taste is good but portion size is very small. Booked lunch for 2 but portion size given was for one with no 2nd serving allowed. The property is good but the way it is managed and serviced ruins the experience. Basic offerings promised are not provided. For example, while booking the site says welcome drink (non-alcoholic) will be provided on checkin but when you reach they say they dont have any welcome drink. They are clearly short staffed in the kitchen. Something as simple as a black coffee took them 25 mins, a chicken tikka took them 1hr 15 mins. Also rooms are not sound proof.

My stay in this hotel was very wonderful. I got the best service from the hotel I had booked. The hotel rooms are small but they are clean. The atmosphere of the hotel is very beautiful. Humara during the day and Sharad at night took good care of the service of me and my family. Special thanks to both of you.

Whenever i com to pune i stay at the beacon This is one of my fave hotels which i have stayed in , location is close to everything, and its super calm, peaceful & very clean , you will get all bathroom essentials , Netflix ’and very good service, stuffs are really polite & friendly and professional.The food is also very delicious.Thank you the beacon .
