Excellent hotel, truly wonderful

A decent hotel. Nice and clean Rooms, though a little less elbow space while moving around.Dining area needs to be easy to manoeuvre around while accessing the buffet.Staff needs to pay attention to requests, i asked twice at the reception for body wash to be refilled, no action.The access road is bad and the spoils the look and access to the hotel. Sewage water from the nearby building swamps the access road.It’s a new place hence all electrical and electronic items are perfect n work well. Wi-Fi is good.The breakfast spread is ok, can be better.Ambience is subtle and has kinda of an English manor look and feel.Overall a comfortable stay. Would recommend stay for a day or two.

A good hotel with clean and pleasant rooms, though the space to move around is somewhat limited. The dining area could be arranged better to allow easier movement around the buffet. The staff should be more responsive; I requested body wash refill twice at reception but nothing was done. The access road is in poor condition, which detracts from the hotel's appearance and accessibility, and sewage water from a nearby building floods the road. Being a new property, all electrical and electronic equipment function well, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. The breakfast selection is average and could be improved. The atmosphere is understated, resembling an English manor. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would suggest it for a short visit of a day or two.

Very convenient location to access.......Property is well maintained........Staff are nice and very cooperative.......Rooms are well organized with excellent service and delicious food.......Overall, a very good experience.........

For 8000, this was the worst experience ever. The staff were very rude and unhelpful, the rooms were completely broken, and the breakfast was inedible. My entire trip was spoiled. I will never book through Makemytrip again and I did not get the rooms I expected.
