The overall experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned at all and there was dust and dirt everywhere. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were very poor.The staff was not supportive or helpful, and there was no proper response when assistance was needed.I expected a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. The management seriously needs to improve housekeeping, hygiene, maintenance, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The Hotel staff was very rude. The room was available and cleaned already when I arrived at 6am. At that time he said the room is not available and cleaned and asked me to wait for another 1 hour until the cleaner comes but at 7.30 after taking the extra money for early check-in also we have to wait for 1 hr.
