Staff here have no urgency in serving the customers. After 3 calls to the reception and after waiting for 1 hour cutlery, the staff gave the plates which were dirty and old. How can someone eat in the plate which stinks. Worst hotel experience. Worst hotel to stay

This is definitely not a 3-star hotel’it’s more like a poorly maintained lodge. The condition of the room was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what was advertised.There were frequent power cuts throughout the night, and every time the electricity went off, it took nearly a minute for the backup power to kick in, which was very inconvenient.The room itself was in terrible condition. The ceiling fan was covered in dust and grime, the bedside table and furniture had peeling laminate and visible damage, and the windows were dirty and poorly maintained. The exhaust fan wasn’t working, forcing us to keep the window open for ventilation. To make matters worse, the TV didn’t work at all.Basic amenities were almost non-existent. Apart from a soap and a shampoo sachet, nothing else was provided. No tooth paste no tooth brush.Overall, the room felt neglected, unhygienic, and lacked even the basic standards expected from a 3-star property.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a comfortable or decent stay. The photos online are misleading, and the actual condition of the property is far below expectations.

Rooms not cleaned properly, the floor was soily, the washroom was soily, and the pillow cover had stains and hair which made me question the food hygiene.The only plus was that the receptionist arranged a Vehicle for us but the ruining part of it was that the driver was reckless and bumped 2 different cars on the way.The Location is great but needs a real improvement on its rooms and service.Also it would be great if they can partition the sink and bath area with a slightly raised tile so that everytime one showers, the whole washroom is not wet.

Rooms are clean, and the staff is very cooperative.
