Poor maintenance, dirty bathrooms and unreliable AC

The room at The Eternal Wave was generally good. However, there were some significant issues during the stay. The AC was not working, and there were electricity fluctuations in the room. The bathroom light was also damaged. These problems were not properly addressed by the service. Despite booking the room for 4 days, the last 2 days were not enjoyable due to these issues. Some staff at the reception were a bit rude, while others were very helpful and friendly. Although the room was nice, maintenance and service quality need improvement. Especially, prompt response to customer complaints would make the experience better.

This place completely spoiled my vacation. I wouldn't suggest staying here to anyone. The management was very rude, the rooms were in terrible condition, and the towels provided were dirty and unhygienic, even moldy. They refused to provide fresh towels and insisted we use the same ones for two days straight.
