Complete Bad experience for us. They gave us room next to pool which was too noisy through out the day. On asking we cameTo know that the category of rooms is same and this was the only room left. Property is 15kms far from the city centre. Food is over priced compared to hotel standards. Bed was highly uncomfortable. For basic amenities like water, toilet accessories, towels etc one has to call and remind them. Breakfast menu was pathetic and the staff was unable to attend. A simple room order of Dal was served half cooked after 30mnts of wait.
Pros: The surrounding is great and peaceful. The staffs are friendly and corporative. Cleanliness is great. Pool works well. Cons: The place is 16km ahead Lansdown. Check if the location is suitable before booking.The food isn’t great and the pricing comparatively is high
