The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.One thing I really loved is their website ’ it has everything you need to plan and execute your trip smoothly. I had a great stay at Hosteller Manali near Manu Temple. The location is excellent’quiet, scenic, and away from the crowded Mall Road, yet still easily accessible. The views from the property are beautiful, especially in the mornings. The hostel itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and good common areas for socializing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with local tips and travel guidance. I recently enjoyed a three-day stay here and had an outstanding experience.The service was excellent, and the staff demonstrated utmost professionalism, resolving any issues promptly and with a genuinely caring nature.The private rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with all essential basic amenities, featuring reliable centralized AC/heating and hot water (geysers).For dining, note that this property is strictly vegetarian, making it a great choice for those seeking only veg meals.They also offer the convenience of scooty and bike rental services.One important detail for future guests: All food related payments are cashless and processed through their website via payment aggregators (like Razorpay). This eventually results in a slight increase on the total amount.Overall, it was a great experience staying here. Highly recommended!
