The Lal Vilas Hotel & Resort

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very clean, roomy, and cozy. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and eager to assist. The free breakfast and food were tasty and offered a nice selection.

It was my first time and an amazing experience; I enjoyed it so much that I plan to return in the winter. The food is fantastic and the staff are very nice.

I've been visiting this place for many years but am only now writing a review. I recently stayed here for a 2-day staycation. The rooms are consistently tidy and clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful—just ask, and they will take care of it. I had breakfast and dinner included with my stay. The food is always outstanding. Everything was tasty, but my favorite was Laal Maas. This spot has been our go-to for every small break from work. The pool is well-maintained and clean, and we really enjoyed it. There are two kids' pools and one for adults—not very deep but suitable for family vacations. It used to be Grand Hira before COVID, and now it's under the restaurant Old Rao, but the food quality remains excellent. We've never been disappointed with the meals here. All the staff members are helpful, and Reena and Gunjal from the team kindly assisted and guided us during our stay.

Having Reena and Chirag assist us throughout our stay was a delight. They were very professional, friendly, and skilled at what they do. We felt genuinely grateful to have them looking after us. Thanks to Lal Villas for employing such amazing staff. Their heartfelt hospitality enhanced our experience, making our stay truly wonderful. We highly recommend this place!
