The resort's surroundings were stunning and enhanced the overall enjoyable experience. The staff were very courteous, friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality and care made us feel at ease throughout our visit. The food was also excellent, featuring a good selection and delicious flavors. Everything was well managed, and the service was top-notch. We sincerely valued the team's efforts in making our stay pleasant and comfortable. In summary, The Leaf Resort is a great spot for a peaceful holiday with loved ones. We left with many wonderful memories and would definitely want to come back. I strongly advise against staying at The Leaf Resort. My stay was very disappointing, especially given the high cost. Cleanliness was well below what should be expected; the sofas were dirty and poorly maintained, making the stay uncomfortable. For the price, basic hygiene should have been better. The complimentary service was lacking too — only one bottle of water was provided, which seemed insufficient. The owner's attitude was rude and unprofessional, showing a clear need for better customer service and hospitality. The only good aspect was that the kitchen and serving staff were courteous and helpful. The food was average at best, but prices were too high for the quality and experience offered. The resort is overrated and overpriced in my view. We paid about ₹15,000 for a 3 BHK, yet the road leading to the resort was in poor condition, making access difficult. Overall, spending ₹18,000 felt unjustified given the poor hygiene, maintenance, rude management, average food, and inconvenient access. I recommend considering other options that offer better value for similar or lower prices. My rating is 1 out of 5 — I would not recommend this place.
