We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff is also very helpful and co-operative.We also booked the banquet for a corporate events, the staff was all time on their toes to provide necessary support.

Recently, I visited this hotel, and I always prefer to give honest reviews.First of all, please don’t book this hotel just by looking at the building photos. Maybe it looked like that in its golden days, but definitely not now.Secondly, most of the reviews and food pictures you see online seem to be from banquet events, not the actual hotel experience. All that cleanliness and presentation probably exists only during events.I would especially not recommend this hotel for business travelers. The place may look luxurious because of the old wooden furniture, but in reality, once you see the actual condition, you’ll be seriously disappointed.Other than the food, there was hardly anything to like. Cockroaches were roaming everywhere, the room had a very strange smell, and one of the listed amenities was a telephone’but I searched the entire room and couldn’t find any telephone at all.During the night, the electricity went out 4’5 times. I even noticed rats around, and the central AC system looked poorly maintained.The Wi-Fi experience was equally frustrating. There were multiple Wi-Fi networks available, but connecting was difficult, and even after connecting, the network would disappear within 10’15 minutes.Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I will never stay in this hotel again.

My last stay at was a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a calm ambience perfect for relaxation. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was good, and the hotel location is very convenient, especially for business visits and family stays. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay with great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Flooring is rugged and it needs a uplift4. No hangers provided despite request5. No mini bar6. Room is not speck clean as it has to be7.
