I visit the hotel quite frequently.Staff and food is great.But Wi-Fi is pathetic it never works.I think they need to work on their WI-FI.I have been to this hotel 7-8 times for minimum 15 days each time. Everything is good here except Wi-Fi, I don't know why my company books this hotel because when we are at hotel we face challenge with Wi-Fi all the time. I don't know why they are not fixing it. So if you want to disconnected from the world you can go for it else try to skip it.

Business • Aug 2025The staff is very rude and greedy. I wanted to extend my stay and there was no room available online, yet they said they can book offline. Later when online rooms became available, I booked online and they called me at night to cancel the booking, spoke very rudely and told me to shift into another cheap hotel.They shouldn't be in the hospitality business if they don't know how to handle guests.Also for 1-hour early check-in, the receptionists tried a lot to charge me for it even when rooms were available
