The Rajgir Residency Hotel

I am currently staying here with a group of 18 foreign guests, and our experience has been truly wonderful.The hotel has good parking facilities, which made our arrival very convenient. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. What impressed us the most was how well prepared the team was for our arrival’room keys were ready, staff were arranged to help with luggage, and welcome drinks were served immediately.The receptionist and manager handled everything smoothly and professionally, making our check-in fast and stress-free. The kitchen staff were also very kind and helpful. They even allowed us to use their kitchen to prepare some food we had brought with us, which we really appreciated.Overall, the hospitality, coordination, and warm attitude of the entire team made our stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for group travelers and international guests. We truly felt well taken care of here. This is my honest experience so far.

Had a wonderful stay at The Rajgir Residency. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is excellent, with major attractions like Vishwa Shanti Stupa, Griddhakuta Hill, Nalanda, Rajgir Hot Springs, and Zoo Safari nearby.Rajgir is an important place for Buddhists, as Lord Buddha spent time here delivering teachings, so this hotel is a great choice for Buddhist pilgrims and spiritual travelers. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay ’ highly recommended!

The hotel was good and decent. The only problem is they were delaying to give us 2 rooms. And so on we didnt get 2 rooms , only 1 room. And we are 4 people. This was very difficult for us to sleep as the bed is small. We even asked them if they could give an extra mattress but they said that is not available. The rooms were good and pretty though some stuff was missing like our TV remote was not there, when we told them, they didnt care about our missing remote.

Room, service and staff is very active. Location is really good.Be careful while purchasing water bottles. Water bottle charges are printed as Rs20 on bottle but hotel charges it for Rs55+GST. They have printed these prices on menu card.Mr. Pankaj Shrivastav was kind and was following up actively about services on dinning table.

My overall experience was positive; the accommodations, the ambiance, and the service were all quite good. The area is large and includes a swimming pool and a gym. Price-wise, it's reasonable, especially given the type of amenities provided. The only disadvantage was that due to a minor misunderstanding at the reception desk, we had to pay an additional 2k (for the supper buffet), so please clarify at check-in whether the buffet is included all three times or simply breakfast. When we signed in, they only stated breakfast, but when we returned at night to check and question about meal ordering, they mentioned the buffet was available to us.
