The Scarlet Srirangam

Had a truly wonderful stay at The Scarlet Srirangam during our visit to Trichy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff throughout the property were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more pleasant.One of the highlights of our stay was the personal attention and care shown by the management, who actively ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable experience. Their hospitality, humble attitude, and genuine concern for guests truly stood out. They regularly checked on our comfort and made sure everything was convenient for us.They also guided us very well regarding nearby places to visit within our limited time, temple timings, and even suggested reliable travel arrangements, which was extremely helpful for first-time visitors. The location of the hotel is excellent, especially for visiting Srirangam and nearby temples.The overall atmosphere was peaceful, family-friendly, and welcoming. Truly appreciated the warmth, hospitality, and personal care we received throughout the stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tiruchirapalli this place feels more like being hosted by caring people than simply staying at a hotel.

Cons:1. Room service was very poor. We stayed there for 3 days, housekeeping was incompetent, did not clean the room properly. We have to be there with them during the cleanup2. Reception staff is not cooperative. They have a stubborn policy on checkin checkout timing even when there were room available and was charging a lot for extra hrs3. Price is too high for the size of the room4. Didn’t like the attitude of bellboy. He was always asking for tipsPros:1. Rooms were clean when checked in, good infrastructure2. Enough parking space but it’s open parking3. Good location and pet friendly stay

The property is well maintained and the staff were really helpful in making arrangements for Autorickshaw conveyance in Srirangam. Morning breakfast was delicious. Lunch and dinner can be ordered through Zomato or similar.Area near the hotel have small shops. Jambukeswara temple is walkable distance from property. Sri ranganatha swamy temple is a bit far. Overall our 2 days stay went great.

We have stayed for a day and the experience has been good.We ordered morning coffee and tea which was served in time.Parking space is good and had no problem. They provided amenity for driver for stay.If we pre order they will serve in the restaurant. We did order our dinner which was kept ready at 9 pm on our return from temple.Complimentary breakfast was good.We checked out around 11 am when we returned back around 2 they provided room for changing clothes after our visit to temple.

It was my first visit to Sri Rangam and was looking for clean, comfortable stay for my family. Was very skeptical initially, but this turned out a total surprise.The best part of this hotel is the staff, they are really courteous and very attentive to Customers. Keep up teamTook a family suite, very comfortable and clean.Food is totally home made, very tasty it was. Very good complimentary breakfast as well.Keep up the good work team.
