Cholas Castle inn

This is a fake hotel. They changed the name to Castell Inn. Don't ever .ake payment online, they new hotel did not accept the booking. Thus, you have to pay again. Don't get cheated booking and pay online for Le Hotel Host!

The rooms were very good, and the service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were handled with great ease. The staff’s hospitality was outstanding. Mr. Sangesh at reception was exceptionally helpful and cooperative. Truly worth the money spent. I will definitely stay here during my next visit to Trichy.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone visiting the city for the first time, especially those planning to visit the Sriranganatha Swamy Temple.The hotel is located far from the railway station and Srirangam, with roads so narrow that the cab dropped us 1.2 km away from the hotel, causing significant delays in all our plans.Due to the language barrier, the management took advantage of our situation. We later realized they were unwilling to assist with any issues, even something as basic as helping us locate their hotel, which was tucked away in a maze of narrow roads.Finding an auto was extremely difficult, and there was no way we can arrange cabs. All cab services outright denied providing pickup services.The receptionists here were the worst. While they could speak English, they were completely unwilling to help.---The rooms constantly reeked of cigarette smoke.On a positive note, I was able to find some good vegetarian restaurants nearby.

The best hotel to stay at for families! The service is excellent, and the reception staff is very responsive and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. The rooms and washrooms are perfect, and the AC cooling level is just right. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay without any discomfort.

The hotel room is clean and commendable. Most importantly the location is a prime point for rock fort temple and authentic coffee shop right across the temple. The staff members are pretty helpful and cordial during my stay. It was very safe and secured. The only downside was the elevator or lift wasn’t working so I had to climb three floors. The team was very honest about it. This did not impede my comfort. I highly recommend this place for a stay !
