Hotel Sri Hayagriva

I stayed at Hotel Sri Hayagriva in Srirangam and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The location couldn’t be more convenient if you’re visiting the temple ’ it’s only a quick rickshaw ride away, which made our morning darshan smooth and stress-free. The room we booked was clean, airy, and straightforward’no fancy frills, but everything worked and felt comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, quietly efficient, and gave us good tips about local transport and the best time to visit.I loved the quiet little courtyard and the rooftop spot where I could sit and unwind after the busy temple visit. Breakfast was simple and home-style’fresh south Indian fare which was just right for the morning. If I had one caveat: if you’re used to luxury touches (spa, high-end decor, big lobby) you might notice those are missing. But if you’re looking for a decent, well-run place that keeps things modest and focused, this hotel hits the mark. For value, location and service, I’d give it a solid 4.0 out of 5 stars.

Very unprofessional and discourteous staff. Takes inordinately long time to get any response from the reception. It took 2hrs for them to deliver bottle of water and we had to go to the restaurant ourselves for morning coffee. God save you from Mr Hariharan, the night receptionist. Not worth the trouble in case travelling with family and elders.

We have a very We have a very peaceful stay here. Ample parking place . Good clean most importantly spacious room with cleans bathroom. Walking distance to temple. Room Boy Mr.Neelamegam is very helpful,kind and polite. Rooms very clean and air conditioner well maintained.

The proximity of the hotel to the temple is good. Surrounding is nice.The response of the staff is not at all satisfactory to a point they are rude.This is kind of hotel where you will be asked to pay the full payment of the stay without even entering into the room.They rate themselves as 3 star hotel, buthotel maintained hotel is not functional.In my room the ac remote are auto functional.Didn't even ask for the requirement of wifi.Water was provided with single jug for 6 persons. When asked for the staff's reply was too rude. No bottled water is provided.One of reservation manager even asking for tips and supporting the act too.The other one will remind for your checkout 5-6 hours prior. Keep on saying it as a 3 star hotel, but will not look into these faults.The supporting staff will not take any lead for shifting your luggage unless called for.
