The Urban Retreat

The room offers the finest view in Manali, no question about it. The staff is extremely helpful and the service is excellent.

The hotel is located about 900 meters from Hadimba Devi Temple in a tranquil area. The staff are courteous, and the rooms are tidy and clean. The food quality is good, especially the breakfast, which is delicious. The owner, Mr. Veer, and his team are polite and helpful, assisting with finding bikes, cabs, and other necessities. They also run a cafe about 200 meters away, a glass cafe with a wonderful view and atmosphere. Note: The mall road is nearly 3 km away, so having a bike can be convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we were satisfied with the hospitality.
