The Valle by Kondody Hotels

The Valle Munnar embodies the true hospitality of Kerala. I always book known branded chains like Taj/ITC/Obelisk and was very worried during the trip as there wasnt any of them available in Munnar. The Valle matches what you see on their website. Exquisite view, best and well maintained rooms and facilities are spick and span. The staff are ever smiling and willing to help. Anytime in Munnar we are going to stay here. Most recommended. The kitchen is amazing with proper Kerala hospitality. Senthil, Rubi in kitchen.. Khusboo in reception and all the staff are amazing.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, with a great selection of delicious local delicacies that gave us a wonderful taste of the region. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to staying here again.

The last few days in The Valle, Munnar have been magical. My husband and I stayed here for four days with our mothers, and the experience was truly special.The property is modern, beautifully designed, and perched atop a hill. The moment you arrive in the lobby, it feels as though you are floating among the clouds. We woke up each morning to thick mist, cool mountain air, and the enchanting whistle of the Malabar Whistling Thrush - pure magic.What made the stay even more memorable was the warmth of the people. Archana kindly helped arrange medicines for my mother late at night without hesitation. Athul, Rubi, and Ann managed dining and tea service so effortlessly and graciously, always making us feel cared for. Aiswarya was equally thoughtful and ensured our stay was comfortable throughout.A beautiful property made even better by genuinely wonderful people.

It’s not just a stay’it feels like an experience as you explore the space.The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly in a way that felt rare and heartfelt. A special mention to Navya, who stood out with her warmth and attentiveness.The hotel also offers engaging activities for families. My son absolutely loved the baking class’seeing the cookies he baked being served at dinner was such a proud and joyful moment for him.
