We stayed at Fort Munnar for 2 days as part of our honeymoon trip. The overall stay was comfortable and the property offered a pleasant atmosphere for a short getaway.However, our dining experience was disappointing. During dinner, a wrong item was served instead of what we had ordered. The quality of the service did not meet our expectations, and as a result, we decided to cancel the candlelight dinner that we had planned, as we were no longer interested in proceeding with it.While the stay itself was satisfactory, there is definitely room for improvement in the restaurant service and order management to enhance the guest experience.Additionally, the valley view room did not have air conditioning, which was unexpected for a 4-star resort and affected our overall comfort during the stay.While the stay itself was satisfactory, there is definitely room for improvement in the restaurant service, order management, and room amenities to enhance the guest experience.
