I booked the room online, but they asked for extra money for early check-in. When I arrived and saw the hotel’s location, rooms, and reception area, I was honestly shocked. It felt more like a haunted house than a hotel.I asked them to show me the room before checking in. I was then told that the room was ready. I asked if there were any other rooms available, and the staff member told me that all the rooms were available and would be the same. However, the person at the reception was saying that the rooms were completely occupied. That’s when I realized something was not right.Even though I had already booked the room, I decided not to stay there. I simply walked away and booked another hotel.I strongly request everyone not to trust the photos shown on their profile. The actual hotel and rooms look completely different from the pictures. In my experience, the photos are very misleading.
