Hotel Grand Park Near Apollo Spectra Hospitals, Ameerpet

Our experience at this hotel was very upsetting and felt unsafe. On the night of September 12th, around 12:20 AM, my mother-in-law went to the reception to ask for water. Instead of assisting her, the staff treated her rudely and forced her to leave the hotel premises around 12:30 AM, even though it was pouring rain. She clearly told them she was with her son and even gave his name, but they dragged her to another street. It was midnight, raining heavily, and very unsafe. After my husband came to find her, we called emergency services. The police arrived within 10 minutes and took appropriate action, warning the hotel management. We felt very unsafe and heartbroken by the staff's harsh behavior. Hotels should guarantee safety and basic hospitality, especially for families and elderly guests. I advise all families to be very careful before choosing this hotel.

Extremely unsafe hotel... They forced my mother out in heavy rain at midnight on 12.09.2026... We had to call emergency services to locate her... The hotel staff were very rude and heartless... Truly a very dangerous place.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff provided outstanding service, being very friendly and helpful. Early check-in is available upon request. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel is about 1 km from the Ameerpet metro station, within walking distance. There are restaurants and street vendors nearby. Parking is available for 2-3 cars and some motorcycles. The building has an elevator, making it easy for elderly guests or adults, and it is wheelchair accessible. Getting cabs is convenient, and the hotel is close to all necessary amenities. Rooms come with AC, TV, and hot water. I booked a room through Agoda for 1879₹ with an offer, and you can get rooms by calling directly for around 2,000₹. Currently, breakfast is not offered but is planned for the near future. Clean towels and basic toiletries are provided. The only drawback is the small size of the bathrooms; otherwise, everything was good. Housekeeping staff are very helpful, and communication can be done via phone in the room or through WhatsApp chat.

Nice rooms and a pleasant stay; we plan to come back. The service was also great, thank you team Gokul Pride 😊
