Warning – Extremely Bad Hotel Experience in Begumpet, Hyderabad ⚠️I booked Townhouse 359, Begumpet (Near Hyderabad Central) through ***, and this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.The hotel is in a terrible condition. The manager at the desk had a very rude and arrogant attitude. On top of that, they charged 2000 for a room that was completely unacceptable. The bedsheets were dirty, the toilet was filthy, and they didn’t even provide a glass for drinking water.The TV didn’t work properly — even the volume couldn’t be adjusted. They had an inexperienced staff member trying to fix it for nearly an hour, but nothing worked. The overall service was extremely poor. Honestly, even basic dharamshalas maintain better rooms than this.There are no proper facilities nearby — not even tea available around the hotel. The property doesn’t have a kitchen, and they simply refused to provide anything, saying they don’t offer such services.I am shocked that in a city like Hyderabad, such a poorly maintained hotel is being listed and booked. The photos shown online are completely misleading.❗ My strong advice: Do NOT book this hotel based on photos.❗ Also, don’t blindly trust Booking.com listings without checking reviews carefully.Please be cautious so you don’t end up wasting your money and ruining your stay like I did.
Families should never book this hotel. Because the hotel is not clean at all. No facilities are provided as per the website. Towels and napkins are not provided without asking. Cockroaches roam around in the room.There is no kitchen in this hotel, the hotelier brought breakfast from the lorry driver standing outside. Also, Agoda should have first inquired if this hotel could provide breakfast. They only got their commission, the rest went to waste.
