The recipionist very impolite..he even don't know hygiene standards. We checked-in at 11:40 am. I said please Clean the room before we go. He said room is clean. But when we enter room and the washroom is unclean and even bedsheets are used & dirty. No mat no bathroom slippers. Ac in under service. And he said we never except this platform booking bcoz my id is showing that's why he is taking it....next time come directly... I Never go again.. i forgot to take photos..

The receptionist was very rudeEven though it mention on the app that you can early check in upto 2 hours but they charge me 500 for 1 hour early checkin onlyWhen i said that it already mention so why are you charging so he said they are fake mention.but the rooms are good ac working good but washroom is good but dirty.overall 4/5 if the staff were not rude to me.
