No staff at all to help.Reach at 11.45pm they allotted room and it was not cleaned then shifted to another taps are leaking finally 3rd.No towel no soap taps are not working properly...it was terrible
Horrible and worst hotel there is no proper staff no water no a/c no towels and soap rooms and toilets are very dirty and unhygienic . Poor management and maintenance
Very poor experience. The room was poorly maintained, the bed and bedsheets were not clean, AC was not working, and the TV was also not working. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. The manager's response to the issues was also not satisfactory. For the amount charged, the quality and service were disappointing. The hotel management seriously needs to improve room maintenance, cleanliness and customer service.
