This was the worst hotel stay of my life. And the Bengali boy at the reception was extremely arrogant and behaved very unprofessionally. The hotel didn’t look like the photos at all. Room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Worst experience ever

I had a deeply disturbing experience here. I booked a pre-paid, non-refundable two-night stay through Agoda, but the online photos are completely misleading. The property is incredibly shabby and far worse than cheaper budget hotels.The Room Horrors:• Filthy & Mouldy: The sheets were dirty, the AC was broken, the walls had holes, and they were covered in thick mould.• Unsafe: The curtain rod was broken and there was no window curtain, leaving me exposed and feeling completely unsafe. The intercom was not working, no basic amenities. Zero Help or Support:The staff showed me other rooms, but they were in the same terrible condition. They had no better rooms for an upgrade. When I asked for a refund due to the unlivable conditions, the receptionist refused and told me to contact the booking platforms.I spent hours late at night calling Agoda Customer Service, OYO, and the Property Manager. Every single party completely failed to resolve the issue.Left with no choice, I checked out in the middle of the night with no refund whatsoever. Do not trust the pictures online, avoid this nightmare property at all costs.
