the images at the time of booking is not the same when we check in . it's totally different and pathetic . with lizards running around the bed. no water in the washroom . no drinking water . when called customer care they are just shouting back and forcing us to stay in the mess. worst experience for lifetime .
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel was not neat and clean, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel for families, especially those traveling with children. I hope the management improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.
