Had A Very Comfortable Stay during our Tirupati visit with the Family. The Restaurant attached to the Hotel is also good...The Lady Receptionist is rude, Contact the Male Receptionist he is good he facilitated us the Early Check In immediately....Overall a very good Hotel for Comfortable stay...Room Cost - 3000 booked via MMT

The hotel is located close to the train station and is easily accessible.Rooms are comfortable and decent. The front office desk , especially Shankar was very accommodating to our requests. Travelling with a toddler and two senior citizens can be very stressful and Shankar was very understanding and accommodating towards our requests. Thank you for that!Maybe the room service could be about faster, but this is me nit-picking. Would recommend springs hotel if you want a good, clean and happy budget stay

Stayed here with my family (wife and our 1-year-old child) for a day. The entire staff was humble, polite, and extremely courteous. They kindly provided us with an early check-in at no extra cost, even though we arrived nearly two hours before the scheduled time.The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The hotel has its own restaurant in the adjacent building, and meals can be ordered directly to the room with a simple phone call. There are also other dining options like Starbucks and Orion Restaurant located just opposite the property.Highly recommended for a comfortable family stay!Cost: Booked for approximately ’3,000 via the Agoda app.

New hotel right at the Junction. Very clean and spacious and well maintained. The spring restaurant is open from 5 am till 11 pm. Great food with reasonable price. Hotel is at the cross road so all TTDC, APSTC, KSRTC AC/NonAC buses passes in front of the Hotel. Rides easily available to Devasthanam (Tirumala). Padmavathi Temple is just 1 km walking distance from the Hotel.

However, it should be noted that most staff members expect tips for these services, which can feel uncomfortable if you are not prepared for it.The hotel has limited parking space at the front, but there is additional parking available behind the building, which is helpful once informed.Overall, Springs Hotel offers good cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location near Tiruchanoor Road, making it a decent option for pilgrims and families visiting Tirupati.
