Group • India • Sep 2026The management was extremely bad. We arrived at the hotel at 5 AM and had informed them about our early check-in, yet we waited over 2 hours without any clear response. Other guests even sympathized with us and asked why we were waiting so long. Eventually, after repeatedly asking, they gave us a bad room without an attached bathroom and told us to wait for our actual room. The chairs were in very poor condition, and the place was quite unhygienic. The service was very poor and the management careless. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.
