Couple • India • Sep 2026I don't get how MMT rated this hotel 3.5 stars (very good), which is why I booked the room. But honestly, this hotel doesn't even deserve 2 stars. I stayed for 2 days and paid 500/- for early check-in of 4-5 hours. The room wasn't properly cleaned, the bed sheets and pillows were used, TV and AC weren't working, the toilet seat was very cramped and hard to use, no water bottles, soap, and only one towel for two people. I stayed over 2 days and no one attended to us even once. Overall, very disappointed. The only good thing was the room size was quite big. I usually trust MMT, but this time they let me down.

Everything was great in every aspect, with very supportive and helpful staff. If anyone needs guidance or suggestions to make the trip more productive, arranging vehicles is much easier to visit all points. Despite minor language barriers, the team was very cooperative 👍🙏

The hotel is close to Tirupati railway station, just a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are decent but appear suitable for a maximum of two people. The bathrooms are somewhat outdated and not very clean. There's a small restaurant downstairs that was nice. While the North Indian main course options are limited, there are plenty of starters to choose from.
