The hotel is budget friendly and located within 1 Km from Alipiri walk path. The room is clean and good.

This is best for Batchelor who does not worry about facilities.The room 102 which we stayed is good, but very poorly maintained.Switches were not working, especially fan regulator, even though informed nothing was done.!Property is very neat to Balaji Bus stand so we can walk and take bus to Tirumal anytime.Overall good but expectations were high as its maintained by Treebo.

Decent stay for a night. Staff were friendly. Sheets and washrooms were clean. Parking is easily available. Area is quiet. Eateries are 5-10 mins walk away. Same goes for the walk to the ticket counters and Alipiri gate. Staff were accommodating to hold our baggage and vehicles until we finished our temple visit. Thanks.

Very good place to stay.. view is very good.. they helped with arranging cabs also.. staff is very good.. they handed over a lost wallet to one of the guests.. 4 wheeler parking space is also there.. near to kapilatheertham and alipiri.. don't expect too much but very cozy and comfortable and worth for money

I had booked 25 th OCT '25 two A/C deluxe rooms through Treebo App for Nov 17 th 2025 for a family trip to Tirupati Temple DarshanDue to my sudden plan change,I need to cancel by trip and I cancelled by 16 th November 2025Within the cancellation period and my Advance to be refunded as per their booking and cancellation policy.It's already 15 days completed,they are not refunded by amount back and there is no one helping for the me.They are not in their business by cheating the customer by not refunding the amountDon't book any Hotels under Treeboo website or App
