This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel claims to be a 3-star property, but based on our experience, it does not deserve even 1 star.We booked our stay through Agoda with complimentary breakfast included, but the hotel charged us separately for breakfast, claiming that Agoda had not included it in their system. After contacting Agoda, the customer care executive was extremely rude and informed us that it was an error by the Agoda executive, who had failed to check the plan properly. We were told to submit the breakfast invoice and that the amount would be refunded. However, when we tried to follow up for the reimbursement, we received only automated messages with no proper assistance or resolution.The hotel service was equally disappointing. In three days stay not even once the bed sheets were changed and only one day the cleaning was done and the washroom bucket and mugs were dirty.The housekeeping staff repeatedly demanded tips—even for basic requests such as bringing water bottles. On one occasion, four housekeeping staff members came together asking for money. When I said I did not have cash, they simply asked me to make the payment through PhonePe. This kind of behaviour was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.The room itself was poorly maintained. We found cockroaches in the room, and the basin would get clogged every time we used it.What was even more concerning was that I noticed other guests facing the same issue regarding the breakfast arrangement, which makes it seem like this is not an isolated incident.Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing—from the staff behaviour and poor housekeeping to the room maintenance and breakfast-related confusion. Definitely not a 3-star experience. I would strongly recommend travellers think twice before booking this property.
