Normally I don't review hotels but the service is so good I decided to leave a 5 star..Reminder the hotel is a bit old but decently maintained ..Service both reception and Room service is exemtional...
We liked our stay at Nivaara. We had requested for a late check in and late check out and the staff were very understanding and helped us with the same. We got a free upgrade to premium suite and we had a good experience in the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a very good spread and everything was served hot and fresh. The location of this hotel is a plus as it right in the middle between both bus stop and railway station. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.
We stayed here for 2 nights. They upgraded us for 2 rooms as it was available at that moment. Both the rooms were well maintained and amazing. We loved it. The best part is all buses, taxis everything is nearby and accessible. All staff are helpful, special mention to Mr. B.Srinivasulu who helped us all the way and manager Muni Subramanian who was kind enough to share all information. We will always stay here when we are back to Tirupati.
