Overall, we had a good stay at Woodside Prestige, Tirupati. The hotel's biggest advantage is its peaceful location, right opposite a park and within walking distance of Kapila Theertham Temple. The locality is quiet and pleasant, making it a comfortable place to stay.Our check-in time was 2:00 PM, but we arrived around 12:15 PM. Initially, the staff mentioned an early check-in charge of 500. Instead of paying the extra amount, we had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, and they kindly provided us with the room at around 1:20 PM without any additional charge. They also agreed to store our luggage after checkout, which was very helpful.The room was decent—comfortable enough, though not exceptional. We had a faulty electric kettle in the room, but the staff replaced it immediately with a new one, which we appreciated. However, the room telephone wasn't working throughout our stay. Because of this, we had to go down to the reception whenever we wanted to order food. We also had to request extra towels multiple times before receiving them. These are areas where the hotel can improve.The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant food was average—not bad, but not something I would specifically recommend.Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a peaceful location and courteous staff. With a few improvements in room maintenance and service responsiveness, the experience could be even better. I would rate my stay 3.5 out of 5.
Felt very bad when the man in the reception asked directly for tips during checkout. First such experience.
Don’t choose this hotel if you are travelling with your family Service is very very bad after calling multiple time for just water bottle they didn’t provide and when asked on reception they stated giving excuses for just water bottle
