Poor cleanliness, broken fans and faulty bathroom fixtures

So basically after check in one my friend for toilet then he find cond*m in the toilet. As per the cleanliness of the hotel I will rate only 1 star. The fans are also not working properly. And one of my friend went for bath. After open the tap. The tap comes out of from its place and the whole gained full of water. Worst service. I didn't recommend this hotel for anyone.
