I had booked this hotel online, and the check-in time was mentioned as 1:00 PM. However, I arrived around 8:00 AM for an early check-in. The staff informed me that there would be an extra charge of 300 for early check-in. I explained that I would be checking out the next day around 7:30 AM instead of the usual 11:00 AM, so I thought the timing would balance out and there would be no need for an extra charge. But they politely explained that even though I was leaving early the next day, I was still checking in much earlier than the standard time, so the early check-in charge would still apply. So I agreed and paid the amount.Apart from that, the hotel was absolutely worth the price. Everything was maintained very neatly, and the atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The receptionist was also very good — respectful, polite, and professional in the way he interacted with guests.Overall, it was a very good stay, and if I visit Tirupati again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.Just one small suggestion: it would be better if an exhaust fan is installed in the restrooms. The room allotted to me did not have one. Other than that, everything went really well.
Room is clean but washroom it's not that clean. Continuous water leakage from AC Unit. Comade lid is. Not opening while using. We have to hold it while using it
