The room is clean and comfortable, and the bed was well maintained. Room service was good, and the reception staff were polite and helpful.However, there is no outside view from the room, and no natural sunlight comes in, which makes it feel a bit closed and confined.

We visited this restaurant along with customers. First, we were asked to sit at one table. After sitting, a staff member told us to move to another table, which we did without any issue.Later, a service woman near the staff area loudly questioned why the driver was sitting at the table, which felt very disrespectful and embarrassing in front of customers.A restaurant should treat all customers equally, regardless of their profession. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.Food may be important, but respect and manners matter more. I hope the management trains their staff to behave politely with every customer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tirupati. The level of service was exceptional from the moment I arrived’every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready with helpful information about the area and temple visits.The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering a high level of comfort and cleanliness that truly enhanced the stay.Breakfast was another highlight: an excellent spread with great quality dishes, catering to both local and international tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day.

Minerva Grand is right in the heart of Tirupati, which makes it super convenient if you’re visiting the temple or just exploring the city. We went there for dinner and were really happy with what we ordered ragi dosa, paneer butter masala, naan, and masala papad. Everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful. The service was quick and the staff was polite, which made the meal even more enjoyable.The next morning, we tried their breakfast buffet. They had a nice spread with quite a few options both Indian and continental. But compared to dinner, the breakfast felt a little average. The presentation and quality could definitely be improved because some items didn’t feel as fresh or well put together.That said, the overall experience was still good. The ambience was comfortable, and the location is super convenient for anyone staying in the city. I’d definitely recommend this place for dinner/lunch just hope they tweak the breakfast a bit to match the same standard!

The warmth and attentiveness of your staff, coupled with the impeccable quality of everything on offer, made for an unforgettable visit. Thank you so very much for providing such outstanding hospitality; it was truly appreciated.Furthermore, I would like to respectfully suggest that the management consider the possibility of establishing a branch in Bangalore city. I am confident that the discerning clientele in Bangalore would greatly appreciate the opportunity to experience the same high-quality cuisine and exceptional service that I was fortunate enough to enjoy.
