Stayed here as a family and was quite let down by the overall experience. The staff were unhelpful and displayed a dismissive attitude throughout our stay — basic requests took far too long to be addressed, and follow-ups were needed for things that should have been handled promptly.The complimentary breakfast was a real letdown. Limited options, poor quality, and not worth the wait. For a hotel marketing itself to families, the standard needs to be significantly higher.Would not return unless there are serious improvements made to staff training and service standards.
