Treebo Sls Grand

We ordered 2 rooms. Couple of Rooms were provided on the top floor, which are actually the rooms of the function hall in that floor. AC wasn't working in one room and the door was not getting locked properly. The bathroom door does not have lock itself. Only 4 cars can be parked there, and the 2 cars which are parked at the front can't come out unless 2 at the back are removed.

One of the Most worst hotel I have seen till now, Dirty rooms and amenities. Not Even changing pillows covers and bed sheets. Not cleaning bathroom and room on a daily basis. Tv will not work, AC will not work, they won't give u even a water bottle to drink. Even rooms at railway station are better then this hotel. You need to call them 10 times then they will answer. I told them to clean the room on the morning 10am. They came to clean the room at night 9pm. When I was seeing they have are adjusted that dirty bed sheet covers ...No bathroom cleaning. No basic amenities. Worst worst worst. In breakfast they will bring that road side idly and that water chutney and they will keep that daily, You will get stomach pain and motions if u eat that, and coming to that tea and milk that is totally a cup of Sweet water.One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.The rooms and amenities were extremely dirty. Pillow covers and bed sheets were not changed, and the bathroom and room were not cleaned on a daily basis.The TV and AC did not work. They didn’t even provide a basic drinking water bottle. Honestly, rooms at a railway station are better than this hotel.Customer service is terrible ’ you have to call them 10 times before they answer. I requested room cleaning at 10 AM, but they showed up at 9 PM. Even then, they simply adjusted the same dirty bed sheets instead of changing them.No bathroom cleaning. No basic amenities.Worst, worst, worst experience.Please do not book this hotel. It was highly disappointing.

First of all, its not a three star hotel...I stayed there for a week for business purpose, and to say abt the room its good enough...but the service they provide seems very very poor... U need to ask each and everything so that u will get that...Feels like I'm asking extras but that are all complementries...For this price the service is very worst...For room service u need to ask, and they are not changing linen also...in the property guideline its has mentioned n number of benefits but I haven't seen any of them... For complementary waterbottle, tea powder, kettle, to switch on ac.. also I got a broken leakin kettle.U need to ask for it. In the complementry breakfast when i had few idly and asked for bread they are showing hand that its not available but its there under the table, was very humiliated at the time.... Basic amenities like tooth brush paste also not provided...The towel they provided is total trash, the white towel looks like grey color

Extremely poor and unacceptable experience at Treebo SLS Grand HotelWe booked this hotel for 5 days, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays we have ever experienced.’The breakfast was totally insufficient, low quality, and not fresh at all.’No coffee was provided, which is basic hospitality.’There was no hot water in the rooms for bathing, even in cold weather.’We complained multiple times, but the hotel did nothing to fix the issue.’The electric kettle was not working, making it impossible to have hot water for kids.’Because of the lack of hot water, we fell sick within two days.’We were a group of 10 adults and 2 children, and the stay was extremely uncomfortable and stressful.’The staff attitude was careless, unresponsive, and disappointing.This hotel showed complete negligence toward guest comfort and health.We are extremely disappointed and strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children.

1. Basic amenities like toothpaste, brush are not provided. Very disappointing and not acceptable.2. Wondering is there concept called room service in this hotel? Nobody there to address issues.3. Room was not cleaned for second day and new bedsheets and towels were not given.4. So called hotel manager is not friendly in approach.Overall it is not really worth for the money they charge. also it is not feel like 3 star hotel, Just normal hotel.
