Extremely disappointing experience. The basic standards of cleanliness and service were completely missing.When we checked in, the washroom was not cleaned at all, with human waste still left in the toilet. We had to call the staff and ask them to clean it. Two staff members, a man and a woman, came to clean the washroom while speaking loudly and using abusive language in Telugu with each other. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.There was also no drinking water provided. We requested a water bottle at the hotel’s own price, but despite repeatedly calling reception, it took nearly 4 hours for them to bring a bottle of water. Four hours for something as basic as drinking water is simply unacceptable.The checkout experience was even worse. We were stuck in Tirumala and informed the hotel that we would be delayed. We specifically requested that our luggage be removed from the room and kept at the reception, and the hotel agreed to this arrangement. When we returned around 1 PM, the staff confirmed that the luggage had been kept at reception, yet they still demanded an additional late-checkout charge.How can guests be charged for late checkout when the hotel itself agreed to remove the luggage and vacate the room? The delay was communicated in advance, and the hotel accepted the arrangement. Trying to charge us afterward is completely unreasonable.From an unclean washroom to unprofessional staff behaviour, extremely poor response time, lack of basic amenities, and an unreasonable checkout charge, almost every aspect of the stay was disappointing.I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this property. The service does not justify the money charged, and the management clearly needs to improve its basic standards of hospitality.
