In Agoda listing, AC is mentioned for the room we booked but they collected 1500 additional charges for AC room. Also, for online, they are not giving 24 hours checking, but if webgo directly, they are giving 24 hours checkin. They are overcharging and misleading. Absolutely avoid

The hotel is located close to Srinivasa Complex and the rooms are very clean. We stayed with 10 adults and 3 kids, and it was very comfortable. The manager was also very kind.

I think this is good option for group of boys. Rooms are spacious and with various room options. They have dormitory which has 5 big double beds and hence group can enjoy. We also booked two 2bhk rooms. Overall good option if your looking for stay in Tirupati

In this Chalapathy tower's two portions are there one left portion belongs to Nayath serviced apartments are very good and excellent but right side portion is belongs to sri vasavi Nivas( rooms)managed by Teja Yashashvi Guptha M are very poor having old cot,clothes ie bed covers pillows and damaged bathroom fittings and who is a cheater as he collected 1300 which includes 500 as security deposit which in turn refundable after check out but not refunded and not stnads on his own words
