The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with reliable hot water and comfortable sleep quality. The staff was attentive and housekeeping kept everything in top shape. Facilities were impressive and transport options convenient, making the overall experience very good, especially considering the value for money and decent location.

They usually sell of the room if you do not arrive by checkin time and them blame the Server. Then they pretend to relocate you and come back with excuses depicting failure. and offer reject rooms. I was a victim of the same and since i had no alternate bookings (in middle of night) , I had to accept a room, with Non-working AC, Non-working TV, Dirty Bed and no hot water in the bathroom. Atleast, there was running water, albeit cold, was the best part. I had to move to another hotel by next day. Even the Location Pins on Agoda are completely wrong (imagine reaching middle of nowhere, at late night, guided by location pins on Agoda) Never again!!!!
