Worst Experience Ever – Annamaiah Guest HouseOne of the worst and most disappointing stays I have ever experienced. I travelled all the way from Hyderabad to Tirupati with my family and my small Shih Tzu puppy specifically because the online booking app clearly showed that pets are allowed**.After reaching the property, they suddenly refused to allow my puppy. This is completely unacceptable. If pets are not allowed, why advertise the property as pet-friendly? What makes it even more frustrating is that they have their own pet, yet they refused to accommodate our small puppy.The hygiene and cleanliness were absolutely horrible. The bathroom was extremely poorly maintained, the blankets were not clean, the flooring was dirty, and even the outside areas were not properly maintained. The overall condition was far below an acceptable standard.The worst part was the attitude of the staff at night. We were travelling with family, yet there was no proper respect, courtesy, understanding, or basic manners. Instead of helping guests who had travelled a long distance, they made the situation extremely uncomfortable and stressful.We came to Tirupati with the expectation of having a peaceful stay, but this property completely ruined our experience.Do not trust the “Pets Allowed” information shown online. Confirm everything directly before booking.❌ Extremely poor hygiene❌ Dirty bathroom and blankets❌ Poorly maintained property❌ Misleading pet policy❌ Very disappointing staff behaviour❌ No respect or courtesy towards guestsI strongly DO NOT recommend Annamaiah Guest House.
