The rooms are large but the floors and walls seem unclean, possibly not cleaned for a long time. The bathroom is acceptable, though the mirror is foggy, the taps are rusty, and the bathroom door is quite dirty. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, but it is poorly maintained, has a fishy odor throughout, and serves food on dirty plates.

A great hotel to stay at when visiting Tirupathi, located just 2-3 km from the main bus stand, accessible by Ola. The stay was excellent with good service, and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. If you want a luxurious stay on a budget, Sun Suites is an excellent choice.
